Search Gene Annotations
Option 1: Search for a list of gene/EST IDs that present on the chip (gene IDs of IMGAG version 3.5 are allowed). Please paste gene/EST IDs below. IDs can be delimited with any type of space (space, tab, or carriage return). An example is given below. Option 2: Search for transcripts annotated with functions of interest, in natural language. An example is given below. Option 3: Search for transcripts annotated with particular gene ontology (GO) terms. You may query by multiple GO IDs or GO names. One query per line only. GO terms should be in format of GO:XXXXXXX. An example is given below. Option 4: Search for transcripts containing particular
protein domain(s). You may query by multiple InterPro domain IDs or domain names. One query per line only.
An example is given below.
Protein domain information is based on InterProScan of their corresponding Mt v2 gene sequences. Option 5: Search for transcripts annotated with particular KEGG gene bincodes (*). Please paste gene bincodes below. Bincodes can be delimited with any type of space (space, tab, or carriage return). An example is given below. * Reference: Goffard,N., Weiller,G.
